Lot Rocket is designed for individual automotive sales professionals. The Service is not intended for dealerships, dealer groups, or enterprise/team use unless we explicitly approve it in writing.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
2) Your account
You are responsible for:
Keeping your login credentials secure
All activity under your account
Providing accurate information (including your email)
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3) Subscription, billing, and payments
Paid subscription
Lot Rocket is a paid subscription service. Your subscription grants access while your subscription remains active and in good standing.
Auto-renewal
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Payment processor
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe (and us) to charge your payment method according to your selected plan and billing cycle.
Pricing
Pricing is shown at checkout. We may change pricing in the future, but changes will apply only after notice and not retroactively for the current paid period.
4) Cancellation
You can cancel anytime through the billing portal (if available) or by contacting [email protected].
Cancellation stops future renewals
You keep access until the end of your current paid billing period (unless we terminate for cause)
5) 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Refunds)
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for your first subscription purchase.
Eligible refund:
You request a refund within 7 days of your initial charge date, and
The request is sent from the email address on your account to [email protected]
Not eligible:
Renewals after the first purchase period
Requests submitted after 7 days
Abuse of the guarantee (multiple refund attempts across accounts, chargeback threats, or fraud)
If approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider.
6) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service
Circumvent access controls or rate limits
Use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights
Use the Service for spam, deception, or fraud
Share or transfer your account (one account = one individual user)
7) Third-party websites, dealer URLs, photos, and content
The Service may allow you to paste a vehicle listing URL and extract photos and information from third-party websites (“Third-Party Content”).
You represent and warrant that:
You have the right to access and use any Third-Party Content you input, extract, download, or publish
Your use complies with applicable third-party terms, policies, and laws
We are not responsible for Third-Party Content, its accuracy, availability, or whether a third party permits reuse. If a third party requests removal or restriction, you agree to comply promptly.
8) AI-generated content
The Service may generate captions, scripts, and other outputs using automated systems (“AI Output”).
You understand and agree:
AI Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
You are responsible for reviewing/editing AI Output before use
AI Output is not legal, financial, or compliance advice
We do not guarantee any sales outcomes, engagement, or revenue results
9) Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload or create (“User Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display User Content only as needed to operate and improve the Service.
You are responsible for your User Content and any consequences of publishing or using it.
10) Intellectual property
JaySellsCars (and its licensors) owns the Service, including software, branding, logos, designs, and underlying technology. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works of any part of the Service except as allowed by these Terms.
11) Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12) Availability, changes, and termination

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI Output will be accurate.
14) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
15) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JaySellsCars from claims arising out of:
Your use of the Service
Your User Content or use of Third-Party Content
Your violation of these Terms, any law, or any third-party rights
16) Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there.
17) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
